We are a professionally led Pole Fitness Studio based in the Central Belt of Scotland. We truly believe that Pole Fitness is for everybody regardless of age, shape, size, ability or experience. We are super passionate about helping individuals to feel uplifted, confident and supported to overcome barriers and achieve their personal goals. We pride ourselves in creating a fun, positive, friendly and welcoming environment for everyone at our studio.

From studio to instructor everything is well thought out, quality and inclusive. Great sense of community and being part of a pole family. Christina is more than just a friendly face that excels in teaching but is very supportive and educated which shows in a natural manner in her classes. Here is a picture of me during their day of dance workshop which up to date I rave about to friends and family, I would highly recommend this to ANYONE with or without dance experience, it’s a good way to find out what you like for a very reasonable price, make friends with like minded people, get some light education and most of all have fun and feel good in your body.
